Two way SMS communication using Twilio

Add Twilio integration

1. Visit Organization Details from the left sidebar.
2. Scroll down to the Chat section
3. Enable toggle of Allow SMS conversation
   1. A modal will be shown
   2. Enter Twilio SID
   3. Enter Twilio Auth Token
   4. Click Verify
   5. A new field will be shown; Select a Phone Number to be used to send messages.
   6. Click Submit

Create SMS conversation

Upon configuring the Twilio SMS integration, create new SMS conversation dropdown will be shown to the visitor having phone number, you can select the SMS option while creating a new conversation.
