System Themes

All the themes in NeetoHelp are available to all organizations under system themes.

Our team will be working on keeping these themes up to date, hence these cannot be customized or edited.

In order to edit/customize a system theme, you need to clone it. Once a system theme is cloned, it should be available in Customized Themes.

Following options are supported for system themes:

• Preview
• Clone
• Publish

When a theme is cloned from system theme, a copy_(customized theme)_ of system theme is created and that won't receive any updates thereafter. Meanwhile, the respective system theme will be getting updated periodically.

You can preview the related system theme to check if there are any updates that interest you. If any time you want to update your theme

1. Once again clone the system theme, you will have a new customized theme.
2. Copy over changes from old theme to new customized theme.
3. preview and check if everything is fine.
4. publish when ready.

Customized Themes

Once a theme is cloned it will be available in this section.

Customized themes can be fully customized, use Customize to customize the look and feel or Edit Code to customize it completely by editing the source code.
