A ticket can have many fields. Admins can add new fields to a ticket. But a few fields are added by the system by default and admins can only make a limited set of changes on it. These are called System fields.
Follow the steps to check the available system fields:
- Login using your admin account.
- Go to
Desk -> Admin -> Ticket Fields
. - Check fields with the System field badge, similar to the field as seen in the image below.
Note: System fields cannot be deleted nor their types can be changed.
