A customer can create a new ticket by sending an email to the support email id
of the organization. NeetoDesk allows the organization to have more than one
support email id enabled at the same time.
Follow the steps to add a new support email id:
- Login using your admin account.
- Go to
Desk -> Admin -> Email
. - Click on the
New support email
button. - Provide necessary details and click
Save
